01. Introduction

Bountifly ("we", "our", or "us") provides an online platform that allows verified participants to access digital tools, manage their account activity, and engage with platform features in a secure environment. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bountifly.

04. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or information you submit to the platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Bountifly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any User Content you submit.

05. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform — including software, design, branding, copy, and visual assets — are owned by Bountifly or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

06. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to all or part of the platform, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or that your account poses a risk to other participants or to the platform itself.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

07. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service reliable and secure, we make no warranties — express or implied — that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bountifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

08. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, applicable law, or industry practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

09. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bountifly is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply.
